Normally, a finished CD or DVD is supplied to us for duplication, however in some cases we can accept material via email or on a videotape and make a disc from that, though there will be an additional charge for this.
Unless you are supplying a finished disc, please leave sufficient time for us to produce a master disc and send it to you for approval prior to duplication.
Before sending us any discs for copying, please ensure they are thoroughly checked and function as required. No adjustments can be made to discs during duplication, therefore any faults or errors on the original disc will be transferred to the copies.

COPYRIGHT MATERIAL
We will not copy any commercially obtained material such as retail CDs and DVDs and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any material supplied to us is free from third party copyright restrictions, or that they have the necessary permission for the material to be copied. Any infringement of copyright will be entirely the client’s responsibility.
DVDs FOR USA, CANADA & JAPAN
A DVD produced in the UK’s PAL TV system will not play in the majority of DVD players in these countries which operate on the NTSC TV standard, though some computers may play them OK. To overcome this, we can convert your video from PAL to NTSC. Please note this has nothing to dowith Regional Encoding which is an entirely separate issue. PRINTING ON DISCS
We can print images, text and graphics onto the discs. You can supply either finished artwork or the individual components and we’ll set it for you. Set-up charges may apply.
Discs can be either inkjet or litho printed. Litho print gives the best quality but is subject to a minimum order of 100 units and is more expensive on small runs.

CASES AND PACKAGING
Discs can be inserted into a comprehensive range of cases and packaging, from plastic wallets to CD jewel cases and DVD library cases. If you don’t require any packaging, your discs will be supplied on spindles.

PRINTED BOOKLETS, LEAFLETS, INSERTS, COVERS, CELLOPHANE WRAP
We can provide a wide range of printed materials that can be inserted into cases and wallets. Anything from a simple printed paper insert to a full retail pack complete with cellophane wrapping. Minimum order for cellophane wrapping is 500 units.
